Good day
i went to PNP Southgate on the 31 January 2012, bought grociries and a was served by Popi Cleo Mthimkulu, she did not greet me and when I aksed her should she not greet she did but she gave me this
look that she was upset with me for asking her that.
As I walked out going to the parcel counter to fetch my parcels I asked this guy if he was the Supervisor he said yes name tack said Sifiso, I asked him if this is what they taught their cashiers not to greet he said no, he looked at the till slip for the name and said he will deal with it. For me that is not enough as this is a norm with PNP cashiers they don't greet customers and when you complain managemnt phones you and says sorry that's all that happens.
Sifiso did not bother to take down my number to tell me what happened after she spoke to Popi is this the norm when customers complain with your staff.
I'm upset about this as I shop at PNP mpst of the times and for me to be complaining about the same thing is just irritating as it does not get better but worse.
