Never ever responds to queries

On they web site, you are given the opportunity to make queries, complaints or suggestions.
every time i make a query they never respond though, so i end up calling the call center, this doesn't work out for me as i do not have the time to be placed on hold.
could someone please assist me from edgars regarding one of the products i purchased. I would like to find out more about the guarantee policy on it.
