No response on two queries on homeloan

ABSA's web site allows one to make online applications for approval for a homeloan. I tried to submit one of these, but it failed (some kind of IT glitch). I submitted the info again, but this time requested someone contact me. Nothing... Two weeks later a call center "cold called" me trying to sell me homeowners insurance (or something). I pointed out to the sales person that they should rather respond on my actual queries first, before trying to sell me additional products. The woman apologized and assured me that she would find the request which I submitted and revert. I'm still waiting. The bond application number is 44027730151 CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS
