I placed an online order with Zando on Thursday 3/01. The first issue was that I received a mail cancelling my order for non-payment, even though I paid immediately with e-bucks. Once that was sorted out, I was mailed by Thembi as well as Liz Taberner that my order was being processed.
Then last night (10/01 - A WEEK LATER) I received a mail telling me the item was out of stock. This is crazy as their system allowed me to place the order in the first place. Why does it take a week to inform me of this?
I don't want a refund, I don't want store credit - I want Zando to fulfill their contractual obligation and fill my order. I don't care if you have to go buy the item and send it to me.
It's online retailers like this that give the industry a bad name. I expect it to be resolved asap.
