Bad Quality of Shoes

I bought a pair of shoes from rage beginning December abd a month later both shoes boke at the bottom - this is my second ppair of shoes in 6 months this happened the previous pair pulled loose by the toes - I wrote to rage sa and to this day I have had no response from them clearly they are so big they don't care about there clients or complaints
