We represent a company called XtraSpace and have been supporting Pep Stores Belhar for a few years. The reason for this is eversince our first visit we have been treated with respect by the staff and in particular the manager Ricardo. We have enjoyed the service so much, that we actually call Ricardo at the branch and order items we require. Now getting to the point, yesterday we contacted Ricardo for an item we require which is not readily available. He has searched all over for the item and even called me at 18:20 last night to provide feedback. This is going beyond the call of duty and the best service ever from any retail store. A big thumbs up to Ricardo. Keep shining Ricardo!
