I needed to update my details as I had moved, I emailed Clicks and heard back from them within 24 hours. Carmen Londt was helping me with my query and she was so helpful, friendly and efficient.

I just thought that people should know because everyone is so quick to complain but they never acknowledge when a company does something right.
