No help via Store and Head Office with Account

I was in arrears with my account but 3/7/13 paid R2000 25/7/13 R1000 28/8/13 R1000. My problem starts with my receipt nr 331010 which shows i am not in arrears but in advance of R201.33. But on this same day debt collectors was sent to my home to pick up the Furniture. I went to Store but had absolutely no helpful assistance from the Clerk or the Manager sitting next to her. The Clerk first told me that i have paid in advance already R200. She phoned Head Office and spoke to Jolene who firstly said i am in arrears by two months and the next she says we are in arrears by R700. And she also indicated that she did not know who was sent to our home to pick up the Furniture. The Clerk also indicated after i requested a print out of my Account that she is not allowed to give it to me. How does that work? Payment made on 25/7/13 Invoice 329156 showed Capital Outstanding R7149.83 plus R146.59 in advance. Next payment on Inv 33101 was R1000 showed Capital Outstanding R6546.43 plus R201.33 in advance. SO outstanding should be R6149.83 not R6546.43, where is the other money R396.60 then? I asked the Clerk and Manager to explain, at that stage they ignored me and only looked at each other.
