Some time ago I brought to the attention of Pick 'n Pay Management the fact that they had an absolute STAR working for them @ PnP Carnival Mall. Nothing was too much for this kind, courteous and incredibly helpful young man, he would go to the stars to help a customer with a problem or sourcing a product that had become unavailable. Since then KHAYA has been promoted to another store (Sandton) and yet he continues to be of assistance to me when I cannot locate particular products and even personally delivers said goods to Brakpan in his own time for me. This young man is an example of how all PnP employees should be towards their very valuable customers and perhaps you should consider promoting him again, this time to Training Manager focusing on the right attitude and response to customers - I can assure you that he will make a huge difference and some of the PnP staff desperately need this kind of positive input.
