I went to Gateway sportsmans warehouse yesterday to buy two size 1 mitsuko karate suits. I waited for help for 3 mins, then went to call for help. I approached Subisiso. As usual, they never had the size I wanted (common with Sportsmans warehouse) so Subisiso said he would phone springfield park and get suits from there for me. I had now been waiting in sportsmans for 20 minutes while they looked for stored suits for me! Clearly, I needed to go. So I asked Subisiso to phone me to let me know if he could source the suits. He said he would phone me within half an hour. I looked at him and asked him to repeat that commitment. He did. I then said, confirming for the second time..'so you promise me you will call me within half an hour'. He said YES!!
It is now the NEXT day (Wednesday), and I STILL have not had a call from Sibisiso!!! Shocking service, especially after I got his 'WORD' that he would let me know!
