REQUESTING STATEMENTS AND REQUEST BALANCES ON

How is this possible that after 24 e-mails and 3 phone calls and 3 personal visits to FNB my problem have not yet been resolved? I have been paying FNB monthly and also over paid FNB and still the and still I did not yet receive any feedback of the statements that I have requested from FNB to do a reconciliation on my account.
I made monthly payments but when I requested for a balance I am still waiting on it since 24/03/2013 and today is 17/05/2013. Then to discover that the amount of R22000.00 was only paid on to the account on the 008/04/2013 but I have been paying since the year 2009 up until February 2013, how do you explain that.
I need to make client aware to please check your balances especially if you are under debt review on a yearly basis.
Guess what up until this minute I am still waiting for the statements that I have requested 3 weeks ago.
As per a printout I collected at FNB branch Goodwood I had a credit of R9901.00 it was not paid out due to an investigation which was requested by me as the client 3 weeks ago, last week Saturday I fetch another statement to my surprise my credit was charged interest and made my credit less by R52.00, please now
