Poor Communication Skills

I am so frustrated. We had paid for a bed in full. not a deposit, a full payment. We recieved no communication from Coricraft, the note they had was no one at home. They did not even call or communicate with us on the day of delivery or the day before. We agreed to have a second delivery done failure to let us know there would be another charge incurred so following up the second scheduled date of delivery, the lady tells us we did not pay a delivery fee.. We were so frustrated, we were willing to collect the bed ourselves and even then she said we couldn't. The bad service and attitude recieved is unacceptable. I will never make a purchase from Coricarft again.
