EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM coricraft

I purchased a Plasma? LED stand from the Glen branch. I was told it was the last one in stock, after previous experiences from coricraft, I joked with them asking if it was in good condition and was told it was fine. When I received delivery the drawers were not working properly as well as the "clips" for the glass were broken. I was told that they would take it away and repair it, I asked them for a refund instead. The next day I was told the EFT had been done but they were just waiting for the proof of payment. After several phone calls to Claudette and then her superior Penny, I was told the payment had just been done and was sent through the "proof of payment". Their customer service was shocking, due to the fact that no one thought to pick up a phone and return any of my calls as well as being asked by Penny "should I phone you every half hour to let you know whats happening". I didn't expect that, all I was asking for was for someone to pick up the phone and inform me of the progress. This is not the first time I have received bad service coricraft as I USED to be a loyal customer of theirs. If youre looking for good customer service, go elsewhere.
