In 2008 I completed a qualification through Intec which was designed especially for myself & my requirements in order for me to obtain the required credits by Inseta. Since completing the qualification it came to my attention that all my credits needed to be mapped and uploaded onto the Inseta website which was not done by Intec when the qualification was completed. Due to this the dispensation for my Matric results was not uploaded either & the shortage of credit combinations not established. Over the last 18 months I have been battling to get my credits uploaded & mapped correctly. To date my Matric results have not been uploaded & the 2 credits I am missing have not been completed because no one at Intec / Inseta advised me accordingly. Now the qualification has expired & I am being penalized due to the incompetence of Intec / Inseta in uploading & mapping my credits. Due to this my employer now requires me to rewrite exams & achieve credits which I have not only already completed with Intec but will cost me more money as well. All I want is someone at Intec or Inseta to do their job & load / map my credits correctly as well as give me compensation for the 2 credits I am short.
