I BOUGHT MY WIFE A WATCH FOR MOTHERS DAY IN MAY. A STONE FELL OUT AND ANOTHER WAS LOOSE, SO I TOOK IT BACK ON 09/06/2013. TO THIS DATE, I DO NOT HAVE THE WATCH. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED THEM AND LAST WEEK I RECEIVED A EMAIL TO SAY THAT IT WAS NOW REPAIRED AND THAT THEY WOULD SMS ME WHEN IT ARRIVED. IM A DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. IT WAS PROMISED INITIALLY FOR 2 WEEKS. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME. WHAT HAPPENS IF ANOTHER STONE FALLS OUT? TRYING TO SPEAK TO HEAD OFFICE IS NO GOOD. ONE THING IS FOR SURE, THEY WONT CATCH ME TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED CASH THERE EVER AGAIN!
