I have been a regular customer of Makro for a while now. Every time we go there the store is nice and tidy and you always feel welcome. Not to mention the cue! You get service with a smile and in a record amount of time. Even if the store is busy you dont even realise you are in a cue. The next moment a friendly member of staff direct you to the next available teller where you are once again welcomed by a friendly personal. They are professional and prompt.
Then to my surprise, I got a sms with a little gift for my birthday today and it brought a smile to my face! Not that I expected anything but it warmed my heart and I felt like a valued customer.
