Last year i purchased jewelry from Cazabella. At first I was very happy with the line, but the last time I purchased items from them, I was not satisfied AT ALL. I ordered a few items from the agent in the Roodepoort/Randburg area, in October 2012 and received my items in January 2013. When I did get my order, i found that a watch that i paid R350.00 for had a stone missing in. The same day I e-mailed the agent to let her know that there was a stone missing, and she replied telling me that she would see me the following week to replace the watch. The following week came and went and after so many promises that she would come, she never did. Eventually she did get hold of me and told me that she would be out of town for about a month, and she would arrange for the watch to be replaced. A month later I spoke to her and she told me that head office would not take the watch back as it is past its 14 day return policy. It is 10.04.2013 and I STILL have not received my replacement. I have rather decided to move over to Honey as I am NOT satisfied with Cazabella.
