I would like to compliment the staff for trying their best to obtain stock of the very popular toy Slugterra. I phoned from Pretoria to enquire about stock (my son has been saving his pocket money since August). An hour later when I arrived they were sold out and the staff did their best to phone around to no avail. While I was very disappointed I was impressed with the service. Very disappointed with prima toys bad stocking, Toysrus needs to gear up for Xmas, these toys have been consistently sold out since August.
