On Friday, 20 December 2013 we drove up to Greenstone Mall and while there popped in at Caves Toy Shop. My little one saw an Assassins Creed Doll (Price R300). As he was with me, knowing that 'Santa' is coming in a few days time, I asked Kayla to keep the said doll for us and that we would collect it on Saturday morning as this is an item that my son really wants for Christmas! (I had to convince my son not to buy it with his own money as I'm sure Santa would bring it). Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't make it the Saturday morning and my Mom in turn phoned the store and asked Kayla that they please keep the doll & we will collect on Sunday morning. My Mom promptly phoned the store on Sunday morning to advise that I will be travelling through and am on my way to collect the doll. After traveling 35km to get there we were told that the Doll was sold! How disappointing! I was then shown other dolls in the same range however, how is it possible that the price went up by R150 (now R450)? and was NOT the specific doll that was meant to be kept for us. Now I have a little boy who is going to be heartbroken as he won't be getting his Assassins Creed Doll on Christmas morning!
