Further to my previous complain and the lack of response from Maxi Trading, to date we have still not received our watches! They will not give us tracking numbers or any other form of information as to where the watches which we purchased are. City Slickers are also in the blind with regards to this as I phone them and e-mail them every 2nd day and at least get a response from them. Maxi Trading do not even have a contact number to phone and when I asked to speak to the MD I was rudly responded to. The expected delivery date has now expired and we are still waiting whilst Maxi Trading has our money! It is absolutely disgusting! Customer Service does not exist in their books either!! Give me the tracking number & I will follow it up from my side - no problem! I just want what is mine - alternatively this could be classed as! You have our money but no goods are supplied!
