On the 01/02/13 i went to Maxi T Solution (trading as Maxi Priest Tyres) to fix a tyre patch which cost me R40.00. I handed my card to a cashier by the name of Christiaan Boontjies to make the payment. He swiped the card and instead of punching in the amount (R40.00) he put in the amount of R2000, 00 (Two Thousand Rand which was subsequently deducted on my account as confirmed by the "notify me" and bank sms. I immediately alerted the Cashier who told me he will reverse the transaction, i then paid by cash the R40.00.On 02/02/13, i realised that the amount was infact not reversed (bank statement confirms this) i was then refered to the Service provider (Max T Solution) by my bank, Christiaan then gave me the run around and his Manager stated that he doesnt want to be involved. I was advised dthat my onlty option is to open a case against the Service Provider as they refuse to pay me back. BEWARE, MAXI T SOLUTIONS IS DODGY AND WILL RIP YOU OFF, NEVER USE THEM!!!
