On the 09 August 2013 my son wanted a pair of Adidas White Superstar takkie from the Adidas branch in Gateway. The store unfortunately did not have the required size and therefore ordered it from Eastgate Mall to be delivered the following Friday 16 August 2013. We the parents living in Gauteng and our kids in Durban asks the store manager if it will be delivered in time as it was our kids birthday on the 26 August or if we shold buy it ourselves in Eastgate and courier it. He assured us that the store will get the takkie and it will be there in time for the kids Birthday. Its the kids birthday 3 weeks later and there is no takkie, no feedback and no responsibility taken by Dean. We had to call numerous times and try to track the takkie only to find out it went to a different store. There are rude staff at adidas and pathetic service. I am seriously disappointed at the service produced and the fact that my son had to be disappointed on his birthday because of the inefficiency of the staff at Gateway Adidas! This is not acceptable!!!
