On 2011 November I both a noble lounge suite that I had to pay for 36 months and 2013 may i settled the account the lounge suite was tearing, bears send someone to collect and repair . yesterday when I got home my lounge suite was something else the shape is worse. I phoned the store to complain and ask what quality process is in place for repairs only to find out that a none so high quality goods can be fixed with low cost material? Shame the person that assistant me thought I was somebody else that person seem to have the same problem as me how in the world send back to me what I received.
