My Husband decided to spoil me for our aniversary and bought us a Nescafe Alegria coffee maker from Makro at Silver lakes. Uppon setting up the system the first instruction is that you should let the system rinse, we followed all the instructions to the letter however the system would not rinse. Had to travel back to Makro (and que) to exchange the system for a new one. Surprise, surprise returned home to find EXACTLY the same problem. Phoned Makro and the small appliances manager indicated that this was the 5th complaint of the day (all this before 12:00). Again had to travel back and que AGAIN to get our money back. Not impressed at all, not only did you ruin my anniversary, you also resulted in us spending most of our Sunday travelling to Makro and back and not to mention the petrol costs!!! Is this REALLY what we can expect from a known brand name such as Nescafe/Nestle!!!
