Woodlands Office Park Mobile Nescafe Late and Rude

Nescafe sent an email around to notify companies at Woodlands Office Park (Woodmead) that they would be paying our office park a visit on "Wednesday 17 July at 13:00" to hand out free mugs with Nescafe coffee.
As a coffee lover and someone who collects mugs, I was very excited! I am allowed an hour of lunch time (which is the standard for most comanies) and I chose to use this hour to walk down and join in at Nescafe. Not only was Nescafe over an hour late in getting ready (this time may be modest as I left after the hour) but the Nescafe staff were very rude when asked about the delay, AND they gave a box of 6 mugs to another visitor to take without having to wait for more than 15 minutes! When I asked if I could take a mug and go due to my limited lunch time, I was told that I need to be patient and wait. So obviously Nescafe staff do not know the meaning of limited lunch time, they cannot understand what punctual is and they have double standards and are rude. If they can give away mugs to one person, then they can give away mugs to others who waited over an hour! Thank You Nescafe for changing my mood from good to very unhappy as I wasted my lunch hour and got nothing for it!
