NESCAFÉ can thank this guy! - No thanks to Makro!

Out of the blue, my new NESCAFE (R) Alegria coffee machine refused to power on, a couple of months after it was bought from Makro in Centurion.
Upon returning the device to Makro Centurion, they refused to either exchange, repair or refund it under the warranty. - Thanks for nothing Makro!
I then logged a request on the NESCAFE website upon which I received a reply via e-mail from Sherwin Johnson at Goldline Industries, the local importer/distributor. Sherwin advised that a courier would be dispatched to pick up the unit from my address. Due to unknown reasons, the device was not picked up by the courier, nominated by NESCAFE, 5 weeks later. At this point, Sherwin offered to come and collect the device himself, using his own transport.
He collected the device from my office on Friday, 13 September and returned in person on Monday, 16 September to deliver a brand new (tested and working) replacement unit.
This level of service from Sherwin Johnson was above and beyond the call of duty. A big thanks to Sherwin for going those extra miles!
NESCAFE can thank him as well for the way in which he has upheld their brand name and reputation!
