Iv been to spar tops to purchase an item the bar code states a price of R13.90 when the cashier scans, it reflects R14.85 . i inquired about the price difference. then cashier calls supervisor she voids the item and never explains why the prices where different from the fridge and the till price. while waiting for the supervisor, the Que gets longer then 1 of the bodyguards from ks bodyguard intervenes and states that the price on the till scanner is correct and that he knows all the prices and whats happening in that store. he calls me a, and humiliates and yells at me in-front of other customers. i will never ever visit a spar franchise ever again . and also the phoenix branch spar staff have no clue of how to manage or run a retail store. this happens on many occasions they have a don't care attitude.
