I visited this Spar with the intent to purchase electicity. I was instructed to take along my meter number when making the purchase. I went to the cashier who said she hadnt seen such a meter number before, and after explaining what I was told and much deliberation, she referred me to another lady who took me to Alban, Alban, who is polite in disposition, very kindly explained how the unipin facility works @ Spar and even went the extra mile to show me a document indicating how the purchase process worked. I really appreciated this, as opposed to just sending me away saying that he could not help. At Katherine Ave Spar, I am assured that the customer is king, and with such awesome service, I am sure to return to the store again. I assume that Alban holds a senior position in the business (as i was referred to him), and I am adamant that the store will be successful through him.
