Spar Noordwyk has the best service I've ever experienced at a grocery store. For the past couple of years that I've been shopping there the service is always great. The cashiers greet you and ask if you want a plastic bag in a friendly way. And ever since I started shopping there I've never had to pack my groceries myself, whenever I try to do that I'll have someone take it from my hands before I even know it, even if it's just a single loaf of bread. I just want to thank the manager and cashiers and everyone involved for such great service. They make shopping there a bliss and I wish all Spar's could be like that.
On the contrary Spar Karenpark has the WORST service. I think the cashiers there somehow missed customer service training. I shopped there for six months and wow every time I went there the service was terrible. The cashiers are so rude it's scary. It's like they made a pact for terrible attitude. And they will make you pack your own groceries even if you have a full trolley. Hopefully things have changed since I've last been there.
