Last year, I purchased an office chair at the same time as two other friends. I however purchased mine in Witbank and they in Pretoria. All of a sudden, my chair's back support is wobbly and leans too far back but I in no way did anything irregular that would have broken the chair. Unfortunately I lost my receipt but it may still be under warranty. I strongly feel that I got a defective chair from the start.
