I submitted a retrenchemnt claim in November 2012 to Woolworths in Eastgate and since that time up to today I was waiting for them to approve my claim which they only did last week. All this time they have been sending me letters and sms and even phoning me to tell me my account was in arrears and when I asked them why they were doing all that, they just told me was that I should just ignore all those calls, sms and letters as it was just standard procedure. This morning I received a call from their attorneys telling that my account has been handed over to them as I was not paying my account, I mean what on earth is this???
