I have an account with truworths but I have been waiting for a card for more than 5 months. i repeatedly reported this at Queenstown Branch and they seemed to have not knowing why there has been so much delay for the card.
I dont think it is client's responsibility to call head office for issue of cards for new accounts.
Please assist.
