A COMPANY THAT TRULY SEEMS TO CARE

This compliment may sound paradoxical in view of the fact that I complained about pricing awhile ago, but I now feel it necessary to respond.
Since my complaint I have had no less than 4 PICK N PAY managers and Head Office people contact me. Today, weeks later, I receive yet another email response from them. They have taken the time to explain carefully about consumer-pricing and the lengths they go to, to try and maintain a fair yet profitable balance.
I had a complaint awhile ago about unethical staff behavior at Checkers (where I very seldom shop). I had one short call from the local manager and that was it!
PICK N PAY I am really glad about my initial complaint. For me it has turned out to be a huge COMPLIMENT to you as a company.
I am happy (and relieved) to say... MAY I ENJOY MANY MORE YEARS SHOPPING at a place that offers true service excellence, and is genuinely concerned about the welfare of their customers.
