I have been waiting to speak to the manger for 20min now on the phone, every staff member has passed me onto another staff member where I have to explain my story 50 times!!! Why is the manger not available to talk to??? I dont have time to sit and waste my airtime waiting for the manger!!! NOBODY can help me! if this is the service I will be getting id rather shut down my account!! Also head office tells me I can write a letter for my sister to buy on my account and then the manager (when i finally spoke to him) say no i cant... so what is it now then yes or no!!??? I have NEVER received a truworths card which is not my problem!
