DISSATISFACTION ABOUT BILLING

On 23.02. 2013 I took a contract with Vodacom Notebook (E571) including standard My Gig 1 cost R299.00 for 24 months. assisted by Kanye. I did explain the purpose of taking the contract for my son who was at University for his research and it must be within limited allocated bundle.

On the 23.05.13 l received monthly statement an amount of R5, 807.99 and I call their customer service to verify the huge amount and I explain what transpired in the shop, within a week I received a call from Vodacom and the caller was adamant that they would not attend my query I should go back to the shop to the person who help me and tackle the query with her, which I did. She struggle to understand what happen because according to her knowledge it is within Vodacom's prerogative that after you have finish the allocated data or bundles it will stop, because you could not exceed monthly allocated bundles. Their limited chart was R1500.00. I have being in the same shop in and out without joy even this Monday, she was not there and I left my contact particulars again with Lorraine who always find her and promise they will come back to me til now.

I am advice by poeple had same problem with Vodacom
