At the golfing section in the store the racks where "FULL" of boxes and the display had a wide range of shoes to choose from. The shoe I wanted had no partner and I had to walk into the "staff" room at the back of the store to find someone to help (No names recorded) a Gentleman I found could hardly speak any form of English or Afrikaans and went to look for a guy who "works" in that section..I stood around for about 5min waiting then heard and announcement for him to report to the golfing section, then 10min till he arrived. He then didn't engage in any conversation with me but rather made a general announcement that the missing shoe was gone and the one I found should not be on the shelf, and then he left. I spent 25min searching through all the boxes on the shelf to find a suitable pair of shoes. Out of all the boxes At least 30% where empty (why not removed?) 15% where incorrectly marked, 25% had the wrong shoe in them and 30% where not a matching Pair..I found a pair and purchased it but I had to borrow the rest of my kit from a friend. I was there to purchase NEW clubs and some other items (all my kit had been) but instead left with shoes and a very distasteful experience!
