'HASSLE FREE' Purchase??

This morning, between 08h30-09h00, I contacted Pamela at the [URL Removed] call centre who assisted me in following the returns process, I informed her of the problems, logged the return request (RRN-9fd3-300c) for collection of the device which cannot be activated and obvious replacement with a new device. Pamela confirmed that I should receive a call from the courier to confirm the collection.

I have had no response and therefore after 13h30 today I again contacted the call centre and spoke to Elona who told me that I should not have logged a returns request, but rather an exchange request; and that the item is damaged and she would need to add ANOTHER note to the system and call me back. How can the item that has been received with the incorrectly paired information be damaged? How could this return not have been processed in the 4 hours following the logged return request, and furthermore why was a new device not dispatched for delivery from the JHB warehouse as the website shows that the item is available from shipment from CPT and JHB?

Previously I have opted to buy textbooks, electronic, accessories and DVD from [URL Removed] not because they were cheaper but more convenient
