My PS4 stopped functioning correctly on the 5th of January and I submitted a return on the 6th. I called the call centre and the person on the phone said it will be picked up within 3 days but most probably 1. On the 9th I received an e-mail saying only then was the return accepted and a courier would be here within 3 days. Only on the 14th in the afternoon I get a call about arranging the pickup of my console.

What kind of returns department is this? When I first asked when I first submitted the returns request, there was stock, by the time I got the call, there was nothing. So I have to get a refund and search other stores for another console as you only get stock in March?

I've cancelled my return request and taken my PS4 myself to Partserve to do this myself. 1st it was supposed to be delivered on release day but that never happened now when trying to return it as its faulty and needs to be replaced, it doesn't get collected.

Choose a better delivery service, improve your response time, and ensure you have stock from a better supplier.
