I bought a TV on Friday 16, paid for the TV License. 30 mins later he comes to me and says I cannot leave with my TV due to a connection error in SABC's website. I then left and told him I'l pick up on Monday. Elijah calls me and tells me he lost the copy of my ID and that I should resend it to him. I expressed how unhappy I was with his service and that he should confirm receipt of my ID copy so that I can collect my TV. He didn't. On Tuesday morning I went to the store and he was so rude to me, he started shouting at me in front of everyone. The managers were in a meeting and I couldn't talk to them about this matter. I would like this matter to be looked into. I am appauled by the service I received from House and Home in Menlyn
