Best ever service received

Good day,

Since the opening of the Brackefell Makro I have received consistently exceptional service from one of the staff members in this store. Ms Kamala Moodley has always managed to locate/source items required should they be out of stock and keeps one posted on the availability of same.

This is certainly not the type of customer service i have become accustomed to and therefore it MUST be noted that in this day and age where service levels have dropped so drastically this lady has made it a pleasure to shop at MAKRO.

Kamala truly goes the extra mile for her customers and i have certainly made Makro a preferred shopping destination due to this individual who always greets and welcomes one into the store with such genuine enthusiasm.

I trust that this comment will be read and that the appropriate commendations will be made to this truly wonderful asset to your organisation.
