I bought a Defy DCH305 Coocker Hood in May 2013. The second time I used it, the switch malfunctioned and the unit would not switch of or change speed. Reported the problem on 9 July 2013. It is now six weeks later and there is still no spare part available to repair the unit. Defy also does not update you on what's happening with your service request. You are given a reference and then you never hear from them again unless you send them snotty emails. I have never in my life experienced such bad service from a company!!!
