I ordered textbooks online on 25 July, one of them was MIS2, Bidgoli costing R411.
On 7 August, i was told that they are out of stock of this book so the item was cancelled.
This is a prescribed book which I need for UNISA studies.
Then, on 12 August, I ordered a more recent version from them MIS3, Bidgoli, costing R443 .
On 20 August, they informed me that this too is out of stock.
When I check now, the book that I originally ordered is now listed at R974.
Costing more than double the out of stock order a month before.
They now have stock, just different, much higher selling price.
This smells like a rat. I feel cheated.
If they offer rainchecks like traditional retailers, I would be able to get it at the original price offered.
