Some time last year i recieved my billing letter and to my surprise they say i took up their airtime promotion that you pay every month... WHAT!!! anyway i called their call centre they told me i accepted it and they will stop it after 6 month. fine its almost a year and i still get billed for airtime i dont even recieve on my phone and i NEVER NEVER NOT EVEN ONCE RECIEVED THAT AIRTIME. goes took show how money hungry they are to care about their customers. IF YOU WANT TO BE BILLED FOR THINGS YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT OR INTO TAKING THEN OPEN A JET ACCOUNT. I REGRET THE DAY I OPENED THIS ACCOUNT!!!
