Good day

i find this strange that i paid r2500 in order to reduce my credit limit of R4000 to R1500
then i receive statment stating that i not suppose to pay since i have paid r2500 and reduced credit limt
want to know how and why, because monthly instalment needs to be generated from the outstanding amount
please don tell me that i have paid in advance as one of your consultant told me, this is not the first i encounter this problem even with jet account this was the problem

please give me answers!!!
