An expensive gas fireplace was ordered from Syam Cape Town in May. The product arrived without the double sided facia or stones. 2 Months later and I have still not recieved the Facia's. ( Even though payment was made in full two months ago!). Toby from Cape Town has now just told me that they don't have any in stock??? And I have to wait until September? Totally disgusted with this service!
