Thursday evening I visited our local PnP to grab a few things and when I walked passed the dairy fridge the heel of my shoe got caught in a narrow opening between the tiles. It got stuck deep and I had to literally rip my shoe from the floor.
One pair of Luella's RUINED! I asked to see a manager to tell him about the problem and the security guard had to radio THREE times before the 'Floor Manager' showed up.
His reply were 'Just e-mail Nelia'.
Really now?
I can't believe a store that does business DAILY, can't have their floors PROPERLY MAINTAINED.
They certainly don't waste money on staff training, that's quite apparent in the answer I received from the 'Floor Manager'
I've e-mailed Nelia and she offered to replace my shoes. I'm very grateful for that, but feel they should rather use that money to either start fixing the floors or training staff.
And for the love of Peter, stop taking people in off the street! There are plenty of recruitment agencies with 1000's of experienced staff.
