On the 16th Aug I purchased 3 ebooks, 2 downloaded succesfully and 1 didnt, I contacted kalahari support and was told someone from ebooks would contact myself, To date I have still had no contact from kalahari, I sent an email yesterday reminding the scustomer support of my issue and that I still have not had a response but as I thought, I still have not had a response...
This company must have the WORST customer service, this is the second time I have had issues with ebooks and it is now my last... I will not spend money at a company that can not support their customers and I WANT MY REFUND for the book I purchased, I dont want a call, I want my money refunded before I contact the consumer protection...
I will no longer support this company and I would advise that you dont either, it seems to me that they are more than happy to take your money but wont help when there is a problem as I see Im not the only customer that is complaining in this regard.
Please make sure my refund is in my account by COB today.
