I ordered some goods, but due to some technical problems (none theirs) I ended up with 3 seperate orders (instead of the two I meant to make) this left an open order and their system didn't automatically process it. Their staff picked it up and rectified with a phonecall to me.

I then had a set of earphones that I wasn't that happy with, made a comment on their facebook page about the other items I'd purchased being great, but a pity about the earphones and they called me about an hour later to appologise for the earphones and offered to replace them.

Really great to find a business that is serious about customer service.
