Got 2 items (black winter jacket & khakhi blazer) both on sale for R599 got to the till the lady firstly asked me to fetch the hangers from where I left them while fitting. Politely so I fetched them, to my surprise the Khakhi blazer clearly marked R599 was now R799. The lady just said " I cant sell you at R599"
I ended up living both jackets, I think that was poor services and Markham are quick to send me thing to go shopping and when I do this is what I get. Instead of loosing the "s" to being Markham they with this service they will loose customers as customer satisfaction is very vital.
