In January I sent ADT an email, on the preferred email for Cape Town as was communicated by them. Absolutely NO response. I followed up with a second email a few weeks later... total silence from them. Then I called them, asking to please change the email address where the invoices are sent and to also send me the notification about the increase in January, which we never received. Until today I have not received any invoices or a copy of the fee increase notification. Then I called the call center again today, upon which the lady put me through to the accounts department in Johannesburg only to get cut off. Pathetic! I think it's time to change to a different service provider...
